GARETH RAYMOND PHILLIPS, aged 38 and of Hunt Road, Christchurch, admits being concerned in the production of six plants of cannabis in Hunt Road, Christchurch, on January 17. Community order made, whereby the defendant must complete 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 40 hours of unpaid work. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits supplying a quantity of cannabis to a man in Christchurch on January 17. Community order made.

ROBERT JOHN BOTWRIGHT, aged 40 and of Dorchester Hill, Blandford St Mary, admits driving a motor vehicle on the A354 Pimperne, on November 25, 2020, with 107 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. GARETH JOHN JASONS, aged 41 and of Ogmore Crescent, Newport, found guilty of having a kitchen knife in his possession in Castle Street, Poole, on October 10, 2020. Committed to prison for four weeks. RICHARD NOEL SEDGLEY, aged 69 and of East Street, Corfe Castle, admits driving a Land Rover on the A3049 Dorset Way, Poole, on November 26, 2019, at a speed exceeding 50mph, namely 58mph. Fined £75. To pay £32 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.
