TIMOTHY DAMIEN O’BRIEN, aged 53 and of Athelstan Road, Bournemouth, admits pursuing a course of conduct in Bournemouth which amounted to the stalking of a woman and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that on February 14, 2020, he left flowers on a car, on February 28, 2020, he left a flower on a wall opposite her house, on an unknown date after this he flashed his headlights at her, on September 1, 2020, he stared at her when she drove past and told her he loved her, in September 2020 he waved at her from his bedroom window, on October 16, 2020, he left flowers at her gate, on October 17, 2020, he approached her house and spoke to her and on October 20, 2020, he was on the driveway of her address for a period of nearly two hours during which he spoke into her ring doorbell, making crude remarks and telling her he loved her. Community order made, whereby the defendant must complete 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Restraining order made, which lasts until February 28, 2026. To pay £95 surcharge.

NAJY ABOU, aged 29 and of Kilburn Gate, London, admits pursuing a course of conduct in Bournemouth which amounted to the harassment of a woman and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that between April 11, 2020, and April 13, 2020, he sent her multiple missed calls and messages of an offensive nature. Community order made, whereby the defendant must complete 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Restraining order made, which lasts until February 28, 2022. Fined £99.94. Also admits sending by means of a public electronic communications network matter, namely a video of an obscene nature and offensive messages, that were grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character in Bournemouth, between January 1, 2020, and March 13, 2020. Community order made.

EAST DORSET

THOMAS ALEC STACEY-ROSSITER, aged 28 and of Spinners Close, Ferndown, admits stealing a sandwich, bags of chocolate and a bottle of vodka to the value of £30 belonging to Co-op in Smuggler’s Lane, Colehill, on February 15, 2020. Fined £120. To pay £30 compensation, £32 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed on July 26, 2019, for an offence of resisting a police constable. No separate penalty.

IAN ST PETER RAMEJKIS, aged 51 and of Belmont Close, Verwood, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Verwood on November 1, 2020. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

NIGEL JOHN FOXALL, aged 45 and of Howarth Road, Wimborne, admits doing an act between November 6, 2020, and November 13, 2020, which he was prohibited from doing by a court order made on September 22, 2020, and amended on November 5, 2020. Restraining order made, which lasts until August 28, 2022. Fined £800. To pay £80 surcharge and £85 costs.

PETER JOHN RANDLE, aged 47 and of no fixed abode, admits destroying clothing and makeup belonging to a woman in Corfe Mullen on December 23, 2020. Discharged conditionally for 24 months. Restraining order made, which lasts until February 28, 2022. To pay £200 compensation, £22 surcharge and £85 costs.
