CREWS were called to a skip on fire at an industrial estate and a car fire last night.
Verwood firefighters were alerted at 5.43pm and discovered a skip full of rubbish well alight at the Ebblake Industrial Estate.
The fire was put out using one hose reel jet.
Pedestrian airlifted to hospital after collision with motorbike
At 9.20pm a crew from Wimborne was called out to a car fire in Brook Road, Wimborne.
The crew arrived within four minutes and the fire, which was under the bonnet, was put out using a hose reel jet.
