YOUTHS who claimed meeting up to kick a ball against a wall is their daily exercise were dealt with by police.

Officers in Poole went to a number of locations after complaints about youths being out without a reasonable excuse.

"Kicking a football against a wall is not deemed exercise during the current lock down restrictions, nor is just hanging around" said a police spokesman. "Suitable words of advice given."
