A FERNDOWN pub is for sale for more than £120,000 on a “free of tie lease”.

The Kings Arms off Ringwood Road is for sale on Rightmove, marketed by Guy Simmonds, with 18 years left on the “free of tie” full repairing and insuring, renewable agreement.

Furthermore, the pub has a licence permitting the sale of alcohol seven days a week, between 9am and 2am.

During the summer, the pub is open seven days a week, 11am until 11pm, and during the winter it is open 11am to 3pm and 5pm to 11pm Monday to Thursday, and 11am to 11pm on Saturday and Sunday.
