DEAN LEE STONE, aged 33 and of Paddington Grove, Bournemouth, admits breaching his non-molestation order by contacting the victim via Facetime and messaging them in Bournemouth on December 13, 2020. Community order made, whereby the defendant must complete 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Restraining order made, which lasts until January 24, 2022. Fined £500. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of two years on September 18, 2020, for offences of criminal damage and breach of a non-molestation order. Community order made. Also admits attending an address and sending text messages in Bournemouth on December 16, 2020, which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order. PAUL HARRIS, aged 50 and of Stanpit, Christchurch, found guilty of failing to give information at Dorset Police headquarters relating to the identification of the driver of a Mercedes van, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence, after July 27, 2020.
