A MAN who committed a serious assault in Poole has been ordered to carry out unpaid work.
Terry John Yetton admitted unlawfully and maliciously inflicting grievous bodily harm upon Ivan Comber at an address in Poole Road, Branksome, on February 1, 2020.
Yetton, aged 39 and of Langley Road, Poole, was sentenced at Poole Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, January 21, after pleading guilty at an earlier hearing.
Magistrates issued him with a 12-month community order with a requirement to carry out 10 rehabilitation activity days and 100 hours of unpaid work.
He was also ordered to pay £250 compensation to the victim, a £90 surcharge and £85 court costs.
