JOHN WILLIAM COSLETT, aged 51 and of Queensland Road, Bournemouth, admits sending an email to a woman on November 7, 2020, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order made on August 19, 2020. Committed to prison for 12 weeks. Also admits sending a WhatsApp message to a woman on October 20, 2020, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order made on August 19, 2020. Committed to prison for 12 weeks concurrent. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on May 7, 2020, for two offences of breach of a restraining order. Suspended sentence of imprisonment of 12 weeks, implemented as a consecutive sentence of 10 weeks. Overall length of sentence 22 weeks.

MICHAEL PETER JOHN O’BRIEN, aged 32 and of Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Bournemouth on October 25, 2020. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. To pay £22 surcharge and £85 costs.

DARREN LADD, aged 38 and of Parkwood Road, Bournemouth, admits communicating with a woman between January 9, 2020, and July 31, 2020, which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order made on December 23, 2019. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order made, which lasts until July 17, 2022. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

STEVEN DULLAM, aged 39 and of Cranleigh Road, Bournemouth, admits causing a woman to fear that violence would be used against her in Bournemouth on January 13 by his course of conduct, which he knew or ought to have known would cause fear of violence to her on each occasioning in that he sent her threatening messages that included threats of violence via Facebook, over text messages and in telephone conversations. He also contacted her friends stating he was going to kill her. Committed to prison for 18 weeks, suspended for 18 months. Restraining order made, which lasts until January 17, 2022. To pay £128 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits commission of a further offence while a community order made on September 30, 2020, for a communications offence was in force. Committed to prison for 18 weeks concurrent, suspended for 18 months.

SPENCER DAVID BURGESS, aged 43 and of Canford Avenue, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed to attend for an appointment with his supervising officer on September 8, 2020, and he also failed to maintain contact with his supervising officer. Fined £50.

ARTUR KRZYSZTOF HALUPCZOK, aged 48 and of Pound Street, Southampton, found guilty of driving a Ford Transit Luton Van in Ringwood Road, Ferndown, on September 13, 2019, when he was using a hand-held mobile telephone.
