TRACY TOMS, aged 51 and of Wicket Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence at Bournemouth Police Station on June 8, 2020, when she was suspected of having driven a vehicle and been required to do so. Community order made whereby the defendant must complete 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 50 hours of unpaid work. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. RICHARD ANTHONY MONGAN, aged 24 and of Millfield’s Road, London, admits failing to comply with a direction given to him under section 35 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 in that he failed to leave Westover Road, Bournemouth, on July 19, 2020. Fined £80. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs.

CHRISTOPHER STEVEN MANSELL, aged 44 and of Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Vauxhall on the A380 South Devon Link in Torquay on February 16, 2020, at a speed exceeding 50mph. Fined £100. To pay £32 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.

NEW FOREST

LOWELL HOWSON, aged 21 and of Christchurch Road, Ringwood, found guilty of assaulting a man by beating him in Poole on April 22, 2020. Fined £835. To pay £84 surcharge and £620 costs.

GRZEGORZ LAUZER, aged 37 and of Turner’s Lane, Gillingham, admits driving an Audi RS5 on the A1041 Camblesforth, Selby, North Yorkshire, on August 11, 2020, while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Community order made whereby the defendant must follow an overnight curfew for six weeks. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months. PAUL BRIAN BAGGETT, aged 56 and of French’s Farm Road, Poole, found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating her in Blandford on May 3, 2020. Restraining order made, which lasts until July 13, 2022. Fined £500. To pay £200 compensation, £50 surcharge and £250 costs.

DAVID CLIVE COTTON, aged 32 and of no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on October 13, 2020, by failing to attend a planned probation appointment on November 12, 2020.
