Also admits committing fraud in that he dishonestly made a false representation, namely using a bank card in the name of the victim in Boscombe Convenience Store to the value of £27.70 in Bournemouth on November 17, 2020. Committed to prison for 12 weeks consecutive. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on October 6, 2020, for five offences of fraud by false representation. Suspended sentence of six weeks imprisonment implemented consecutively. Total sentence 30 weeks.
