Community order made whereby the defendant must comply with a 20-week overnight curfew and complete 25 rehabilitation activity requirement days. To pay £100 compensation, £90 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards a man in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on August 9, 2019, with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him and the offence was racially aggravated. Community order made.

KAMRAN JAVID, aged 44 and of no fixed abode, admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress in Madeira Road, Bournemouth, on January 6. ADRIAN SEAN PAYNE, aged 32 and of Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing alcohol to the value of £200 from Co-op in Wimborne on May 4, 2020. Community order made whereby the defendant must complete a drug rehabilitation requirement and 15 days rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £100 compensation. Also admits stealing Champagne to the value of £62 from Sainsbury’s in Bournemouth on January 6. Community order made. Also admits commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 24 months imposed on February 27, 2020, for four theft offences. No action taken on breach.

SEAN LEE STANLEY, aged 31 and of Bath Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on December 23, 2020, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on October 21, 2020.
