A MAN is due to appear in court next month accused of possessing drugs.

Dorset Police reported that at around 6.30pm on Thursday, January 7, officers stopped a vehicle in Southcote Road, Bournemouth.

Two occupants in the vehicle were detained for a search to be carried out.

It was reported that officers found one of the men to be in possession of suspected class B and class C drugs.

A 23-year-old man from West Parley is due to appear at Poole Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, February 24, charged with two counts of drug possession.
