ON my Covid safe solo walk round BH14 this morning I couldn't help notice that almost without exception all the drain covers were blocked by leaves and pine needles.
No wonder when we have heavy rains the roads end up flooded.
What are BCP protocols for drain clearance, or is it Wessex Water?
