TODAY IN Westbourne I watched a woman park her car on double yellow lines on a corner of a busy Seamoor Road. She then went in a queue to a child s clothing shop.
The traffic was extremely busy.
Three police persons passed her car and never gave a second look.
People park on yellow lines all the time in Westbourne and it seems to be the okay thing to do.
Footballers get to park on double yellow lines to get their morning coffees.
Shoppers in expensive cars get to park on double yellow lines outside M&S.
Park outside the Westbourne arcade on the crossing markers in an expensive car and that seems to be okay.
Be warned.
Park there in a Ford, Mazda, Renault etc. Then you will get get a ticket.
