Starbucks drive thru will open in Carmarthen on November 27
I called into Starbucks today and was asked to scan the track and trace.
I said that I did not have the track and trace, they asked me could someone else use this.
Starbucks said it was now Government policy to use the NHS app.
If I did not have a friend with me, I would not have been served.
Has the policy changed?
Costa and Goulds in Dorchester were asking people for their names and phone numbers if they did not have the app.
