KAYLA BARR, aged 23 and of Christchurch Road, Boscombe, admits assaulting PC Boobier, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker, by beating her in South Road, Bournemouth, on March 1. MARK DANIEL MCDONAGH, aged 38 and of Gerald Road, Charminster, admits, together with a man, trespassing in Queen’s Hotel, Meyrick Road, Bournemouth, and stealing alcohol on May 6. Fined £80. To pay £34 surcharge.

EAST DORSET

KEITH JOHN FORWARD, aged 57 and of Marshfield, Wimborne, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failing to do so in Colehill Lane, Wimborne, on June 3. Fined £300. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

NORTH DORSET

HARRY NICHOLAS BAILEY, aged 26 and of Heddington Drive, Blandford, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failing to do so in Wimborne Road, Blandford Forum, on April 4. Community order made whereby the defendant must complete 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and 60 hours of unpaid work. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 20 months. Also admits driving a Suzuki Swift on the A354 Weymouth on July 25 with 73 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Community order made. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on May 19 for two assault offences. Suspended sentence of eight weeks imprisonment has operational period extended to 13 months.

POOLE

NICHOLAS JACOB CLEIN, aged 46 and of Banks Road, Poole, found guilty of failing to give information after October 7, 2019, relating to the identification of the driver of a Range Rover who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence having been required to do so by or on behalf of the chief officer of Dorset Police. Fined £1,000. To pay £100 and £620 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.
