MICHAEL ERIC DAY, aged 25 and of Nortoft Road, Bournemouth, admits using towards a woman threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause her to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against her by him or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence towards her and that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used or it was likely that such violence would be provoked in Poole on April 24. LAURA TOWNSEND, aged 33 and of Chadwick Road, Eastleigh, convicted of driving a Ford motor car on the A338 Spur Road Cooper Dean to Blackwater Junction, Christchurch, on January 1, at a speed exceeding 50mph, namely 60mph.
