DANIEL LUKE SIBLEY, aged 29 and of Spencer Road, Bournemouth, admits with intent to cause PCSO Martinez harassment, alarm or distress, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing that person or another person harassment, alarm or distress and the offence was racially aggravated in Bournemouth Square on April 28. Fined £180. To pay £50 compensation. Also admits with intent to cause a woman harassment, alarm or distress, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing that person or another person harassment, alarm or distress in Bournemouth Square on April 28. Fined £120.

GERRARD OWEN DUNBAR, aged 42 and of Tregonwell Road, Bournemouth, admits using towards another person threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them and the offence was racially aggravated in Bournemouth on July 20, 2019. Fined £150. To pay £32 surcharge and £85 costs.

KEVIN DAVID SAUNDERS, aged 34 and of Southcote Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing numerous items of confectionary belonging to Co-op in Seabourne Road, Bournemouth, on September 23. Community order made whereby the defendant must comply with the requirements of an overnight curfew for four weeks. To pay £80 compensation. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on October 29 having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on September 23. Community order made. Also admits committing fraud in that he dishonestly made a false representation, namely used a bank card in the name of another man, intending to make a gain of £271.98 for himself in Bournemouth on July 18. Community order made. To pay £271.98 compensation.

ASHLEY PAUL ALLAN TINSLEY, aged 30 and of Gulliver’s Close, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Bournemouth on August 26. Restraining order made, which lasts until December 13, 2021. Fined £215. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs.

POOLE

JASON JOHN ROBINS, aged 43 and of French’s Farm Road, Poole, found guilty of pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the stalking of a woman and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that between February 13 and March 11 he contacted the victim multiple times, all of which were unwanted and unprovoked by the victim. Restraining order made, which lasts until December 13, 2022. Fined £300. To pay £250 compensation.
