The NPAS helicopter is involved in a search for a woman in Southbourne
A POLICE helicopter circling over Southbourne is searching for a woman who has gone missing from her home address.
The NPAS helicopter crew was alerted at 2.33pm following a report raising concern for the welfare of a woman who left her address in the area.
Dorset Police officers are also carrying out searches on the ground.
Three arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in Southbourne
It is the second time the helicopter has been used in Southbourne in less than 24 hours.
Last night it was heard for several hours as police investigated the attempted murder of a man in Norwood Place.
