SCALED down plans to demolish buildings on a corner plot in Bournemouth and replace them with nine flats have been tabled. Applicant Lambert Pressland is seeking permission to redevelop the site at 71-81 Seabourne Road in Pokesdown.
A previous outline application for 22 flats was rejected in 2018.
The fresh proposal would deliver a block of nine one and two-bed apartments.
A statement submitted on behalf of Lambert Pressland by Chapman Lily Planning says: "As set out in the pre-application advice, the principle of a residential development is acceptable to the Council.
"It would redevelop a brownfield site in a highly sustainable location and would result in a much-needed boost to housing land supply."
Residents have until January 8, 2021, to submit their views on the council's planning portal.
