SCOTT ROY ANDREW HUNT, aged 45 and of Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing a sat nav belonging to a man in Queen’s Park Avenue, Bournemouth, on March 5. Community order made whereby the defendant must follow an overnight curfew for four weeks. To pay £90 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits interfering with a BMW motor vehicle or anything carried in or on it with the intention that an offence of theft would be carried out in Strouden Road, Bournemouth, on March 5. Community order made. Also admits handling a stolen dash cam valued at £30 in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on March 8, 2019. Community order made.

CHRISTOPHER SIMON CLARK, aged 35 and of Gillam Road, Kinson, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Poole on August 12. Community order made whereby the defendant must complete 40 days of an accredited programme and 10 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £100. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

ANTONY JOHN BARRASS, aged 59 and of Seabourne Road, Bournemouth, found guilty of driving a Toyota Pick Up on the A31 Ringwood Road, St Leonards, on March 14 at a speed exceeding 50mph, namely 64mph. Fined £220. To pay £44 surcharge and £350 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points. Also found guilty of driving a Toyota Pick Up on the A31 Ringwood Road, St Leonards, on March 14 without a licence. Fined £220.

PHILLIP JAMES BROWN, aged 52 and of North Gorley, Fordingbridge, admits being drunk and disorderly at Brewhouse & Kitchen in Seabourne Road, Bournemouth, on February 15. Fined £50. To pay £32 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on March 6 having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on February 16. Fined £50.

BRADLEY WALLIS, aged 23 and of no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on July 10, 2019, by failing to attend for supervision appointments on January 21 and January 30. Fined £100. To pay £60 costs.

DARYL STEPHEN VOWLES, aged 31 and of Hasler Road, Poole, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Poole on July 17. Community order made whereby the defendant must complete 25 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and 120 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order made, which lasts until December 6, 2022. To pay £200 compensation. Also admits communicating with a woman between July 16 and July 22 which he was prohibited from by a non-molestation order made on July 16. Community order made.
