KRZYSZTOF MARTIN OLEJKO, aged 33 and of Venning Avenue, Bournemouth, admits with intent to cause a woman harassment, alarm or distress, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing that person or another harassment, alarm or distress in Wareham on April 11. Community order made whereby the defendant must complete 80 hours of unpaid work. To pay £90 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits driving a TVR Chimaera in Wareham on April 11 without due care and attention. Driving record endorsed with seven points.
SAMUEL JOSEPH COOKE, aged 40 and of Eastern Avenue, Liskard, Cornwall, admits assaulting PC Maton, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker by beating him in Bournemouth on July 31. To pay £100 compensation and £34 surcharge. Also admits having cannabis in his possession in Bournemouth on July 31. Fined £80. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.
JAMES WILLIAM LONG, aged 26 and of Frances Road, Bournemouth, admits damaging a window to the value of £100 belonging to a man in Parkwood Lane, Bournemouth, on October 4. Community order made whereby the defendant must complete 50 hours of unpaid work and 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days. To pay £100 compensation and £95 surcharge. Also admits assaulting PC Bowes, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker by beating him at Bournemouth Custody in Madeira Road, Bournemouth, on October 4. Community order made. To pay £50 compensation. Also admits commission of an offence whilst subject of a conditional discharge order made on November 19, 2019, and a community order made on September 6, 2019. New community order made.
