DAMIAN MICHAEL BURCH, aged 41 and of Bath Road, Bournemouth, admits entering an address in Bournemouth on November 28 which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed by magistrates on October 14, 2019. TONY STEVEN TEBBOTH, aged 43 and of Castlemain Avenue, Bournemouth, admits burgling a quantity of copper/metal worth £94 from an address in Florence Road, Bournemouth. CARL DOUGLAS ADAMS, aged 32 and of Moss Road, Lambeg, Lisbon, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence failing to do so at Bournemouth Custody in Madiera Road, Bournemouth, on August 23. CHRISTOPHER MOSES TAYLOR, aged 83 and of King’s Park Drive, Bournemouth, found guilty of failing to give information in Winchester or elsewhere in Hampshire, on February 8, 2019, relating to the identification of the driver of a Peugeot vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £100. To pay £30 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.

Also admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman in Poole on May 1, May 14 and May 16 in that she sent multiple messages through social media and contacted her family through Facebook causing harassment, alarm or distress.
