FIVE more schools have been added to the list of those affected by coronavirus as Dorset prepares to come out of lockdown.
Old Town Infant School and St Aldhelm's Academy in Poole both reported confirmed cases yesterday.
Others most recently affected are Gillingham Primary School, Gryphon School in Sherborne and Lytchett Minster School.
Pupils at more than 40 schools across Dorset are currently affected by periods of 14 days of self-isolation.
LISTED: Schools affected by coronavirus
All schools are working with local authorities, Public Health Dorset and Public Health England South West to ensure all necessary measures are being taken.
Close contacts of confirmed cases have been notified and advised to self-isolate for 14 days. Contacts of the confirmed case should get tested if they go on to develop symptoms. Even if people test negative, they must still self-isolate for 14 days.
