DURING this time of uncertainty and one of the greatest human and economic situations in our history, we need to be inspired by human effort of what can be achieve for the benefit of others.

During this lock-down I have been surfing the internet and considering how we can all inspire each other to inspire others to help human kind in all situations and uplift each others spirits.

I found inspiration on line about past hero who helped others in difficult situations by self sacrifice and empathy towards human kind.

I came across by chance a “Yes Magazine” article which I myself found very uplifting and inspiring.

We live in a wonderful country with warm people, the British are always ready to pull together.

So let us inspire each other to lift each others' spirits, put others needs before ourselves, just in the little things we can do for each other e.g. shopping, (as many are doing), buying a coffee and sandwiches for a rough street sleeper, giving some groceries to a less fortunate family, helping with their rent.
