WE HAVE heard continuously that BCP are short of money, which I understand, but I would like to give an example which I experienced.
I decided to be a diligent person and pay for my green waste bin in advance for 2021.
To my horror I tried various options to no avail.
When I telephoned the magic machine ie the message machine told me there was a 45 minute wait.
Who bears the cost of the telephone call - are the council by making the wait so long trying to make their customers short of money as well as themselves.
BCP don't make it easy even when people try to help.
