He pleaded guilty to theft from a shop at Southampton Magistrates Court on November 23.
Appearing at the same court today, Victoria Tracey Peters, 30, also of Lower Buckland Road pleaded guilty to theft from a shop.
They were both sentenced to three months in prison.
