Offices say that "a quantity" of Class A and Class B drugs were seized at an address on Waverley Road, Fordingbridge at 6.30am this morning.

Other items "associated with drug-related activity" were also taken from the property.

Police say the 24-year-old from Fordingbridge will be assisting them with their enquiries. He has not been arrested.

A spokesperson added: "Information that we receive from the community is vital and informs where we put our resources and take action against any illegal activity.
