CHERRIES striker Joshua King has tested positive for COVID-19.
Having been away on international duty with Norway, King came back to Cherries and initially returned a negative coronavirus test.
However, he then began developing COVID-19 symptoms, and a second test revealed he has contracted the virus. He is now set to undergo a 10-day period of isolation.
Cherries are now working to establish if any of King's close contacts will also have to self-isolate as part of government protocols.
Jason Tindall's men are due to host Reading in the Championship in less than 24 hours time, with kick-off at the Vitality Stadium tomorrow at 12.30pm.
King did not feature for Norway this month. Their game with Romania was called off due to coronavirus concerns with a member of the first-team squad testing positive.
That squad was then placed into quarantine before being sent back to their clubs, with a new squad selected to face Austria on Wednesday.
