Admits drink driving, namely with 130 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, on the A35 Lyndhurst Road on July 2 2020. Fined £120. To pay victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £50. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.
DERECK COLIN FREEMAN, 51, of Trinidad Crescent, Poole. Admits drink driving, namely with 57 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, in Brixey Road, Poole on September 2 2020. Also admits driving without a licence on the same occasion. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
RYAN JAMES HOSKING, 28, of Haven Road, Poole. Found guilty of intentionally touching a female over 16 in a sexual manner when she did not consent. Restraining order made. To be admitted and detained at St Anns Hospital in Poole.
