Between 2.20am and 2.40am on Tuesday November 10, a wooden garage door was forced open in Solent Avenue and an outboard for a motorboat was stolen.
And police have obtained CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Police said: “We are appealing for your help to identify the man in this image, as we would like to speak with him in connection with a burglary at a residential property in Lymington.
“Do you recognise this man? Or perhaps you have been offered an outboard motor for sale?
