A MAN has appeared in court after soliciting a person for the purpose of obtaining their sexual services as a prostitute in Bournemouth.
Michael Martin Doyle admitted committing the offence on August 7.
Appearing at Poole Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, November 11, he also pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman by beating her at a Bournemouth address on the same day, as well as offences of damaging a glass door belonging to BCP Council on September 21 and breaching a suspended sentence order by committing these crimes.
Doyle, aged 51, whose address was given as Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, was handed a community order whereby he must carry out 25 rehabilitation activity requirement days.
He was fined £100 and ordered to pay £50 compensation to the assault victim and £165 to BCP Council for the criminal damage.
