TOWN centres have come to a standstill amid 'lockdown 2.0' - but independent shops across Dorset are adapting to latest restrictions by selling their goods online.

The latest Government restrictions mean it's more important than ever to shop locally - so we've put together a list of independent retailers selling online during the four-week 'lockdown 2.0'.

Whether you're planning a bit of early Christmas shopping, or just fancy a spot of retail therapy, take a stroll down our virtual 'high-street' and let us know if there's any businesses we've missed.

First up is men's fashion retailer 'Frequency'. Located in Weymouth's Great George Street, the store incorporates a barber's shop and was established by local man Pete Singh 16 years ago.

Pete said: "We carry some of the best brands in fashion and street fashion - having adapted since the recession we will hopefully still be standing when lockdown is over." Click and collect is available via their website www.frequencystore.co.uk
