A MAN has come forward to police in relation to an assault at a Bournemouth takeaway.
Dorset Police launched an investigation into the incident that took place at Charlie's Chicken in Exeter Road at around 9.10pm on Wednesday, August 26.
It was reported that four men entered the premises and became aggressive toward a member of staff.
The staff member was assaulted and suffered a broken thumb.
Following a CCTV appeal, a 20-year-old Poole man has come forward and has attended a voluntary police interview.
He has been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
