Also admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress in Poole on August 3. Fined £50. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on October 22 having been release on bail in criminal proceedings on September 7. Fined £50.

THOMAS MICHAEL JAMES OXBOROUGH, aged 30 and of Bennett Road, Bournemouth, admits destroying a glass to the value unknown belonging to a woman in Bournemouth on July 22. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Restraining order made, which lasts until October 25, 2021. To pay £22 surcharge and £85 costs.

MATTHEW WAYNE WHEELDON, aged 28 and of no fixed abode, admits being a relevant offender within the terms of section 80 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and failing to comply with the notification requirements in that he failed to sign on at a police station in Bournemouth on September 23 to notify his no fixed abode status. Fined £150. To pay £34 surcharge.

MICHAEL STEPHEN LEGG, aged 48 and of Western Avenue, Bournemouth, admits committing fraud in that he dishonestly failed to disclose to a woman that he had not paid £1,000 to a letting agent and what he had done with £500 he held on trust for her in Bournemouth between September 1, 2019, and October 30, 2019. Fined £50. To pay £500 compensation, £32 surcharge and £50 costs.

LASZLO SCHLOSSER, aged 51 and of West Cliff Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Bath Road, Bournemouth, on July 18, with 56 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £350. To pay £35 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 40 months.

HORACE OWEN REID, aged 59 and of Priory Road, Bournemouth, admits being drunk and disorderly in Commercial Road, Bournemouth, on August 11. Discharged conditionally for nine months. To pay £22 surcharge.
