DAVID ALISTAIR FINLAY COOPER, aged 51 and of Southbourne Road, Bournemouth, admits having direct contact with a woman at a public house, indirect contact through a man and direct contact through Facebook on September 2, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed on August 24. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months. Existing restraining order varied. To pay £128 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a man and a woman in Bournemouth between September 1 and September 4. No separate penalty.
