A WOMAN was airlifted to hospital following a crash involving a motorcycle and a lorry.
The crash happened on the A31 in Ferndown near the Lidl supermarket.
Firefighters freed the woman from under the lorry after she became stuck between the mudguard and rear wheel of motorcycle before she was taken to hospital by air ambulance.
Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said they were called to the scene at 12.09pm.
Crews from Ferndown and Redhill Park attended.

Dorset Police said: "The collision involved a lorry and a motorcycle.
"A pillion passenger on the motorcycle sustained injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment. Their injuries are described as minor.
"There were no other reported injuries. The motorcycle was recovered and the road reopened at around 3.30pm."
Traffic was stopped from the Ameysford Roundabout to Palmersford Roundabout.
