Following the publication of a photo of Salterns Court in Lilliput on the letters page recently Daily Echo reader Jon Exton submitted at photo Salterns Court captured in April 1941. Jon points out that the lovely art deco building did not have fire escapes and some different shop tenants. The road junction with Lilliput Road, Sandbanks Road and Dorset Lake Avenue appears as an open roundabout with a gas streetlight in the centre.
