A MAN arrested for drink driving had his vehicle the next day when he was stopped for driving with no insurance.
He was stopped by officers on Dorchester Road, Weymouth, yesterday.
A spokesman for Weymouth and Portland Police said at the time: "Neighbourhood Team officers on patrol earlier saw a very familiar vehicle being driven on Dorchester Road this afternoon.
"The same person arrested by the team yesterday afternoon on suspicion of drink driving was again seen driving.
"This time the driver passed the roadside breath test. However it transpired that he didn't have any insurance so his vehicle was seized.
"The driver will be going to court in the coming weeks."
