A FURTHER 61 people have died in hospitals in England in the last 24 hours.
But the figure in Dorset remains at 160 with 68 deaths in Bournemouth, 52 in Poole, 24 at the Dorset County Hospital and 16 at the Dorset Healthcare University Trust.
The total number of deaths in hospitals in England now stands at 30,971.
Deaths recorded in the last 24 hours involved patients aged between 54 and 96. All except four (aged 56 to 92) had known underlying health conditions.
