A BURGLAR who stole bank cards from a hotel room withdrew money from accounts after phoning his victims claiming to be from their bank.
The victims, a man and a woman, were staying at the Suncliff Hotel in East Overcliff Drive, Bournemouth when the cards were stolen on Saturday July 25.
Now police have obtained a CCTV image and are appealing for help from the public to identify the man pictured.
Police Constable Jessica Richmond, of Bournemouth police, said: “I have been carrying out a number of enquiries into this incident since it was reported.
“I have now obtained a CCTV image of a man who used the stolen bank card in Christchurch and I would ask anyone who recognises him to please get in touch.
“I would also like to remind members of the public that your bank will not contact you and ask for your PIN number.
