ROBBIE LEE LYONS, aged 42 and of Westover Road, Bournemouth, admits committing fraud in that he made a false representation by using a stolen bank card to purchase tobacco products to the value of £43.47 from London Market Convenience Store in Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on October 5. Committed to prison for one month, suspended for 18 months. To pay £43.47 compensation. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on September 7 for two offences of vehicle interference. Suspended sentence of three months amended by extending operational period to 18 months.

MATTHEW ANTHONY LANGLEY SHELDON, aged 34 and of Shaftesbury Road, Bournemouth, admits committing fraud in that he made a false representation by using a stolen bank card to purchase goods at Bournemouth on August 16. Also admits three further charges of committing fraud in that he made a false representation by using a stolen bank card to purchase goods at Bournemouth on August 24. Committed to prison for six weeks concurrent, suspended for six months.

CRAIG WALLIS, aged 28 and of Windham Road, Bournemouth, admits damaging an air conditioning panel, valued at under £500, belonging to the NHS at St Ann’s Hospital, Poole, on August 13. To pay £226.50 compensation.
