A POSITIVE case of coronavirus has been confirmed at St Katharine's School in Bournemouth.
Close contacts - thought to include staff and pupils - have been advised to self-isolate for 14 days.
The case at the primary school, in Rolls Drive at Hengistbury Head, is thought to have been confirmed at the end of last week.

Sam Crowe, Director of Public Health for Dorset and Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Councils said: “We are aware a confirmed case of COVID-19 at St Katharine’s Primary School. The school are working closely with Public Health Dorset, Dorset Council and Public Health England South West to ensure that all necessary measures are being met.
"All close contacts of the confirmed case have been notified and advised to self-isolate for 14-days. Contacts of the confirmed case should get tested if they go on to develop symptoms. Even if people test negative, they must still self-isolate for 14-days."
Positive cases have been reported in several schools since the start of the new term.
Those still operating under restrictions include Christ the King, Hill View, Corpus Christi, Pokesdown and Queens Park Infant Academy - all in Bournemouth - and Poole Grammar.
