JESSICA LOUISE THOMPSON, aged 29 and of Broadway Lane, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on April 29, 2019, by failing to attend unpaid work on February 13 and February 20 and for failing to attend supervision appointments on February 18 and March 4. BRENDAN THOMAS, aged 31 and of Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on August 14, 2019, by failing to attend unpaid work on November 6, 2019 and failing to attend a planned office appointment on March 9. Unpaid work requirement to be extended by a further 12 months to allow for it to be completed. Fined £80. To pay £60 costs.

STEVEN DULLAM, aged 38 and of Beaufort Road, Bournemouth, admits sending a message that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character in Bournemouth on August 10. Community order made whereby the defendant must attend appointments or take part in activities for 15 days. Restraining order made, which lasts until September 29, 2021. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

OLLIE SMITH, aged 33 and of Honeycombe Chine, Boscombe, admits driving a motor vehicle on the Wessex Way, Bournemouth, on August 17, with 95 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £500. To pay £50 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 23 months.

AMAR ELDELLY, aged 20 and of Poole Road, Bournemouth, admits having 1.32g of crack cocaine in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on April 17. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £22 surcharge. Also admits having 5.7g of cannabis resin in Christchurch Road and Southcote Road, Bournemouth, on April 17. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Also admits using a moped in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on April 17, without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed with six points. Also admits having a quantity of cannabis in Charminster Road, Bournemouth, on September 29. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. All of the drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

SAMUEL LAWRENCE BURROWS, aged 29 and of Paddington Grove, Bournemouth, admits sending communications via phone to a woman between March 23 and March 30 in Bournemouth which he was prohibited from doing by a court order. Community order made whereby defendant must take part in an accredited programme for 42 days and attend appointments and take part in activities for 12 days. Restraining order made, which lasts until September 29, 2021. Fined £100. To pay £90 surcharge and £85 costs.

POOLE

LEWIS KEVIN BALE, aged 34 and of Slepe Crescent, Poole, admits failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made on April 5, 2019, by failing to attend office appointments on February 20 and February 27. Suspended sentences relating to 16 different counts of fraud by false representation, theft, burglary, failing to surrender to bail and resisting a police officer, implemented consecutively for an overall length in prison of 33 weeks.

KELVIN JOHN MEADOWCROFT TOWERS, aged 63 and of Clover Driver, Poole, admits driving a Volvo on the M5 in Exeter, Devon, on August 13, 2019, at a speed exceeding the 70mph limit. Fined £500. To pay £50 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with four points.
