ANOTHER Bournemouth school has confirmed a case of coronavirus.
Christ the King Catholic Primary School, in Durdells Avenue, have a confirmed case, the BCP Council website displayed.
A statement on the BCP Council website said: “Please note that although a confirmed case of Covid-19 has been announced, the school remains open to all pupils at present apart from the close contacts that have been notified by Public Health to self-isolate.
“We are aware a confirmed case of Covid-19 at Christ the King Catholic Primary School in Bournemouth. The school are working closely with Public Health Dorset, BCP Council and Public Health England South West to ensure that all necessary measures are being met.
“All close contacts of the confirmed case have been notified and advised to self-isolate for 14-days.
“Contacts of the confirmed case should get tested if they go on to develop symptoms. Even if people test negative, they must still self-isolate for 14-days.”
The school has been contacted for a comment.
