BOURNEMOUTH’S ‘Darkest Attraction’ has been forced to close its doors for good.
Owners of The MacGuffin Project have said that it is with a “heavy heart” that they announced they will shut down their escape room on Old Christchurch Road.
The attraction has been operating since 2017 and owners say they are working refund outstanding bookings.
In a statement released on their website, they said: “It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the closure of our beloved venue.
“As the curtains close on the great MacGuffin Carnival, we say goodbye to a lot of fond memories.
“We would like to thank all of you who supported us by playing and enjoying our experiences.
“We are working hard to refund any outstanding bookings. If you have not been contacted or received your refund please email joey@escapehunt.com with the details of your booking.”
