ZINADINE AYUB, aged 45 and of Luckham Place, Bournemouth, admits driving a Toyota Rav4 in Luckham Place, Bournemouth, on July 30 with 76 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £100. To pay £32 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 16 months.

HEDLEY ROBESON FIRMIN LEEK, aged 48 and of no fixed abode, admits driving a Mercedes in Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, on November 14, 2019, with more than 200 micrograms of Benzoylecgonine – a cocaine breakdown product – per litre of blood. Fined £100. To pay £32 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for three years. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on September 18 having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on September 5. Fined £30.

SAMIR MOHAMMED, aged 45 and of Privet Road, Bournemouth, found guilty of driving a Skoda in Westover Road, Bournemouth, on September 28, 2019 and failing to comply with a red light traffic signal. Fined £60. To pay £32 surcharge and £50 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.

PHILIP MASON, aged 34 and of Tonge Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Bournemouth on May 30. Fined £178. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs.

TAIWO BROWNE, aged 43 and of Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating her in Poole on May 4, 2019. Community order made whereby the defendant must carry out 200 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order made, which lasts until September 20, 2022. To pay £100 compensation, £85 surcharge and £200 costs. Also found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating her in Milton Keynes between July 11, 2019, and July 15, 2019. Community order made.

DAVID CLIVE COTTON, aged 31 and of no fixed abode, admits causing £93 worth of damage to a Nissan Micra belonging to a woman in Christchurch on December 30, 2019. Fined £100. To pay £32 surcharge.

STEPHEN BROWN, aged 56 and of Perth Close, Christchurch, admits using abusive or insulting words which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order in Christchurch on August 16. Community order made whereby the defendant must attend appointments or take part in activities for 30 days. Fined £50. To pay £95 surcharge.

FELICITY SUZANNE ORCHARD, aged 44 and of Rotary Close, Wimborne, admits stealing £55 worth of alcohol from Tesco in Penny’s Walk, Ferndown, on March 26. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay £21 surcharge and £85 costs.
