A MAN who failed to comply with the closure order of a flat in Poole has been fined by the courts.
Sebastian Setlak, aged 37, entered the address in Orchard Plaza, High Street, on two occasions – on July 22 and August 18 – despite magistrates imposing a legal restriction on the site in late June.
The defendant appeared at Poole Magistrates' Court on Monday, September 21, where he admitted both offences, along with further charges for failing to surrender to custody on September 16 having been released on bail and being in possession of 0.3g of amphetamine in Poole on April 13.
Setlak, whose address was listed as no fixed abode, was fined £150, ordered to pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. The drugs were to be forfeited and destroyed.
