BOURNEMOUTH

PATRICIA LOUISE HUGHES, aged 36 and of Portchester Place, Bournemouth, admits using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour causing a woman harassment, alarm or distress with intent and the offence was racially aggravated in Bournemouth on April 20. Restraining order made, which lasts until September 10, 2022. To pay £100 compensation.

JACK ANTHONY IAN ROWLAND, aged 21 and of Damers Road, Dorchester, admits using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards another person with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them in Exeter Road, Bournemouth, on March 15. Community order made whereby the defendant must follow an overnight curfew for three months, attend appointments and take part in activities for 20 days and carry out 250 hours of unpaid work. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on August 25 having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on August 5. Community order made. Convicted of an offence while a community order was in force. New community order made.

LAURA LIUTKEVICIUTE, aged 42 and of Larksfield Avenue, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a man by beating him in Bournemouth on March 20. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £21 compensation.

CHRISTCHURCH

GRAHAM MICHAEL JACKSON, aged 58 and of Dorset Road, Christchurch, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Christchurch on January 19. Discharged conditionally for 30 months. Restraining order made, which lasts until September 10, 2021. To pay £150 compensation, £21 surcharge and £130 costs.

DAVID PETER BARTRIP, aged 38 and of Bankes Road, Wimborne, admits breaching a domestic violence protection order made by Poole Magistrates’ Court on August 20 in that he sent a text message to a woman on September 9. Fined £50.

NICHOLAS SIMON PALMER, aged 59 and of Compton Avenue, Poole, admits failing to comply with the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act being a relevant offender in that he failed to register a change of address within three days in Poole on December 27, 2019. Fined £100. To pay £32 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits failing to comply with the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act being a relevant offender in that he failed to register a new credit card within three days of getting it in Poole on December 27, 2019. No separate penalty. Also admits failing to comply with the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act being a relevant offender in that he failed to notify about foreign travel within seven days on March 8. No separate penalty.

JULIE LUNKEN, aged 29 and of Langdon Road, Poole, admits being drunk and disorderly in Southcote Road, Bournemouth, on August 9. Fined £50. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on September 3 having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on August 9. Fined £50. To pay £34 surcharge.
