The driver was stopped by the No Excuse Team
A DRIVER with 16 points on an expired licence and no tax or insurance had his car seized.
He was stopped by Dorset Police's No Excuse team on the A35 on Thursday.
A spokesman said: "We spotted a Volvo V70 on the A35. The driver holds 16 points on an expired licence.
"He was taking the car to Exeter to sell it, with no insurance or tax.
"The driver was reported to court and left at the train station. No Excuse."
